How much do I earn?
The standard plan pays 25% of every subscription payment a person you referred makes to REALM, for their first 12 months. If your referral pays $179/month, you earn about $44.75 every month they stay — per referral, with no cap on how many people you refer.
How does REALM know a signup came from me?
When you join you get a personal tracking link and a promo code. Anyone who visits REALM through your link (or enters your code) is tagged to you for 90 days — last touch wins. If they subscribe inside that window, the referral is yours.
When does a commission actually count?
A commission is created the moment your referral pays an invoice. It then qualifies after a 30-day hold and your referral's second paid invoice — that protects everyone from instant-refund churn. Qualified commissions are approved by the REALM team, and approved commissions are what get paid out.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts run through Stripe. You connect your own bank account from the Payouts page (a quick Stripe identity check — that's also how tax reporting is handled), and approved commissions are transferred to you. Your dashboard shows every commission's exact status the whole way: pending, qualified, approved, paid.
What happens if my referral cancels or refunds?
Commissions come from real paid invoices, so if a referral cancels, future commissions simply stop — you keep everything already earned. A refunded invoice reverses its commission. Nothing is ever clawed back silently; every adjustment appears in your ledger.
Can I refer myself or my own brokerage account?
No — self-referrals are automatically disqualified. Referring other people at your brokerage, your coaching clients, or your audience is exactly what the program is for.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, there's no application or quiz, and your tracking link works the minute you're in. Payouts do require a quick approval by the REALM team the first time — that's a fraud check, not a gate on your link.
Where do I see my numbers?
Your partner dashboard shows clicks, referrals, and conversions on your links, every commission with its status, and your full payout history. If a number is on your dashboard, it's the same number REALM operates on — there's no separate 'partner math.'
