Realm provides tools for managing real estate transactions, communication, and related workflows.

By using the platform, you agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in through a clear affirmative action (such as checking an unchecked consent box), you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Realm related to your account and real estate activity.

These messages may include:

• Transaction updates
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Document notifications
• Communication alerts between transaction participants

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@realm.realty.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the platform.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

EVE — AI Assistant Terms

Realm includes EVE, an AI-powered assistant that helps you navigate the platform, answer questions about your account and real estate practice, draft communications, and surface recommended actions. By using EVE you acknowledge and agree to the following.

EVE does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Its responses are informational only and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, including:

• State- and jurisdiction-specific laws, rules, deadlines, and dollar thresholds
• Compliance determinations and broker-review decisions
• Market statistics, figures, and any numeric estimates EVE labels as approximate
• The content of any message, document, or task EVE drafts or prepares on your behalf

EVE may prepare actions (such as creating tasks, drafting messages, or proposing status changes) for your review. Prepared actions are not executed until approved by an authorized user, and you remain solely responsible for any action you approve. EVE never sends regulated communications (such as SMS or email outreach) without the applicable consent and compliance checks described in these Terms.

Your conversations with EVE may be stored to provide chat history and to improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You can delete saved conversations at any time from the chat window. EVE operates within the bounds of your account permissions and only accesses data you are authorized to see.

EVE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Realm, Inc. is not liable for any decision made, or action taken, in reliance on EVE’s output.

No Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
